Chicken Karahi

 Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tomatoes 
  • 2 Green chili 
  • 8 Black pepper
  • Small piece ginger
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp   red chili powder 
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • Salt as per taste 


Procedure

Wash chicken pieces and sauté in some oil. Also add   spices, chopped onion , garlic, tomato, salt and red chili. cover the lid and  let it cook on flame for 20 to 25 minutes. chop ginger and green chili. Garnish your chicken karahi with chopped ginger , green chili, corainder leaves and serve.

Chocolate Shake

 Ingredients

  • Milk                    300ml
  • Cocoa powder    1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar syrups        1 tbsp
  • Ice cubes           as needed


Procedure

  1. Take a mixture. Add a milk, cocoa powder, sugar syrups, ice cubes.
  2. Grind it for about 1 minute.
  3. Chocolatey &     delicious chocolate is ready to serve.
  4. Garnish it with wipe cream and cherry on the top.

Potato Samosa

 Ingredients:

  • Samosa strips     200 ncs
  • Potatoes ( boiled)  1 kg 
  • Knorr chicken powder  20 grams
  • Coriander seeds   20 grams
  • Green chili           25 grams
  • Fresh Coriander 25 grams
  • Red chili           25 grams
  • Salt                      to taste 
  • Fresh coriander   25 grams


Procedure:

  1. Take a big mixing bowl and put boiled potatoes, add Knorr powder ,coriander seeds red chili, salt, green chili, fresh coriander mix well.
  2. Then take samosa strips and put a small portion of the mixture. Fold the samosa strips with the help of paste 9 flour & water) 
  3. Then heat the oil or ghee and fry till golden brown 
  4.  Serve with ketchup and enjoy it.

Achar Ghosht


Ingredients

  1. Meat  1 kg
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  4.  Onions ( finely chopped) 3 medium
  5. Yogurt ( whipped0 1 tbsp.
  6. Tomato 1 tbsp.
  7. Red chili powder 1 tbsp.
  8. Whole coriander
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp.
  10. Cooking oil 1/2 cup

Garnish :

  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Fresh coriander 1/2 bunch



Procedure
  1. In a pot, heat cooking oil on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add onions and stir-fry for 3 -4 minutes.
  3. Add ginger garlic, meat red chili and yogurt and mix well.
  4. Cover and cook until oil separates.
  5. Mix well garnish and cook until the water in the tomatoes dries completely and the meat is tender.
  6. 6.Serve with chappati or boiled rice.

Potatoes Chips

Ingredients

  • Potatoes   -  4 pc
  • Suji  - 1\2 cup
  • Water   -1\2 cup
  • Salt  - to taste
  • Green Chili paste  - 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder  - 1\2tsp
  • oil  - 1 cup
corn flour  2 tsp

 Procedure
  • Boil the potatoes, mash it and keep it aside . Pour  Suji  in a small container and soak it  for 5 -10 minutes.
  • Take a bowl. add potatoes, suji, green chili paste , salt , black pepper powder to it.
  • Mix it well so that it makes a perfect dough.
  • Take corn flour in a dish and slightly cover the  potato fingers with it to make it crispy . Take oil in a pan and heat it . Let the oil get hot and then deep fry the fingers.
  • Your healthy  potato fingers are ready to serve . It tastes lovely with mayo . Can serve with tomato ketchup also.

Masor k Dal

 INGREDIENTS:

  • Pink lentils    1 cup
  • onion chopped    1/4 cup
  • Tomato chopped 1 /2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Hot spices powder 1/ 2 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/4 tsp

  • fennel seeds 1/4 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tsp
  • Water 2 1/2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Green chilies  For garnishing

Method

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry tampering ingredients  pour over lentils.
  • Dish out and garnish with coriander and green chilies.

LAB- E- SHIREEN

Ingredients

  • Mix  fruit cocktail 1 tin 
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Jelly (green) 1 pack
  •  Jelly (red) 1 pack 
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Raisins 1 cup
  • Pistachio 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Almonds ( chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 cup (to dissolve corn flour)

METHOD

  1. Make jellies according to the instruction on the package and pour in mold to cool.
  2. Boil milk in a pan.
  3. Mix corn flour in 1 cup milk and add it gradually to milk while stirring.
  4. Simmer it on medium heat while stirring till it reached a slightly thick consistency, (don't over thick it).
  5. Now add in cream and mix well.
  6. Take it off the heat.
  7. Add almonds in it and mix.
  8.  Add fruits and raisins.
  9. Pour in a serving bowl.
  10. Cut jellies  in square pieces and add in milk mixture.
  11. Garnish with pistachio  and almonds.

Soup

 CHICKEN CORN SOUP

Ingredients

  • boil chicken 1/2 cup
  • chicken stock 2 cup
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  • soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • 1 egg
  • corn flour
  • salt to taste
  • black peppers 1/2 tea sp
  • boil corn 3 tbsp
  • nodules boil 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Boil chicken and make a small piece.
  2. In 2 cup chickens stock add all ingredients accept corn flour and egg.
  3. When boil put egg little little and mix corn flour in water and add in soup when soup will be thick turn off the heat.

Sweet Dish

 ROASTED BANANA &CINNAMON ICE CREAM 

Ingredients

  • 5 ripe banana
  • 2 oranges
  •  4 tablespoon runny honey
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 300ml milk
  • 250 g fat-free natural yoghurt
  • dark chocolate

Method

  1. Boil the milk in a pan with sugar and cardamom , after boiling the milk place the pan at a side and let it cool for a while.
  2. Take the bread slices and cut off the edges.
  3. Cut the slices into half and place them in a serving dish.
  4. Make two layers of bread slices in the serving dish.
  5. Pour the milk on these bread slices and  allow it to cool.
  6. To Make Topping: Put the cream in a blender and sugar and coffee in it.
  7. Beat it until the sugar and coffee get mixed in the cream.
  8. Pour this mixture on the bread slices.
  9. Sprinkle chopped chocolate and toffee on it.
  10. Refrigerate for approximately two hours.
  11. Serve chilled.

Pepperoni Pasta

 INGREDIENTS

Pepperoni sauce:

  • 1 red onion 
  • 2 red peppers
  • 120g pepperoni
  • 450g tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Oregano 50 g pasta per person

METHOD:

  • Cut the onion, red peppers and pepperoni.
  • Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the onions, red peppers and  pepperoni.
  • Add oregano, garlic , tomatoes and water and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Cook the pasta in a big pan of boiling water.
  • Serve the pasta with the pepperoni sauce.

Apple crumble

 Apple crumble is a delicious dessert.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 large cooking apples
  • 60 g sugar
  •  3 spoons of water

FOR THE CRUMBLE

  • 180 g flour
  • 6 g sugar
  •  90g butter

METHOD 

  • Peel and cut the apples.
  • Cook the apples with the sugar and the water for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Mix the butter, flour and sugar in a bowl.
  • Put the crumble on the apples in a dish.
  • Cook in the oven for 30 - 40  minutes.
  •  Serve it and Enjoy!


Cheese straws

 INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g flour 
  • 1 egg folk
  •  pepper

METHOD

  1. Mix the butter , cheese, flour , and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Stir in the egg yolk.
  3. Take the pastry out of the bowl.
  4. Roll the pastry into a square about 5 mm thick.
  5.  Cut the pastry into straws about 4 - 5 cm long.
  6. Cook in the oven for about 8 minutes.

Vanilla Cupcake

 INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs , beaten
  • 150 g self- raising flour , sifted
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven to 180C/160C fan gas 4.
  • Cream together the butter and sugar until light , fluffy and pale.
  • Gradually mix in the beaten egg alternating with the flour to soap the mix from curdling . Finally, stir through the vanilla extract and milk.
