Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 pc
 - Suji - 1\2 cup
 - Water -1\2 cup
 - Salt - to taste
 - Green Chili paste - 1 tsp
 - Black pepper powder - 1\2tsp
 - oil - 1 cup
 
corn flour  2 tsp
 Procedure
- Boil the potatoes, mash it and keep it aside . Pour Suji in a small container and soak it for 5 -10 minutes.
 - Take a bowl. add potatoes, suji, green chili paste , salt , black pepper powder to it.
 - Mix it well so that it makes a perfect dough.
 - Take corn flour in a dish and slightly cover the potato fingers with it to make it crispy . Take oil in a pan and heat it . Let the oil get hot and then deep fry the fingers.
 - Your healthy potato fingers are ready to serve . It tastes lovely with mayo . Can serve with tomato ketchup also.
