Fruit salad

 Simple Fruit Salad

Peef and Slice  some apples. Then put them in

a oven /bowl with some strawberries ,kiwi berries  and orange juice. Beat/ Mix to make a simple-and healthy - fruit salad !


Simple cake

 Simple Cake 

Mix 125 grams of butter with 125 grams of sugar . Then  chop /add two eggs and 125 grams of flour. Bake the cake in the pot /oven for 20  minutes . When it is cool, take it out of the frying pan /cake tin .

Chicken legs

 Simple Chicken legs

 Mix some oil , lemon juice , salt and pepper in a bowl. Put the chicken legs in the bowl and leave them for two hours. Boil Roasted the chicken legs in the oven for about 35 minutes. Serve it with ketchup!

Pancake Recipe

 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup all powder flour
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
 

METHOD 

  • Separate egg yolk from the egg white.
  • Mix the yolk with sugar for a while. Add milk and oil and keep mixing.
  • Combine the flour, salt , baking powder then sift them and add to the yolk mixture. 
  •  Beat the egg white until it become thick and fluffy.
  • Add the egg white to the yolk mixture and mix well.
  • Heat a Large non - stick frying pan to  medium -high.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake mixture in the pan for each pan cake.
  • Wait until you see many even holes then flip it and let it cook  For  about one minute . And serve !


Chicken Tikka

 INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken 2 (Tikka pieces )
  • Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp
  • Ajwaen 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin 2 tbsp
  • Cheat Masala 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup

For Garnishing:

Salad leaves , Tomato , cucumber , Green chilies , Onion . 

METHOD

  1. Roast cumin and Ajwaen and blend to form a powder.
  2. In  a mixing bowl , add chat masala , vinegar, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder , blended powder and oil mix together to form a paste . 
  3. Make cuts on chicken pieces, and marinate chicken with the mixture. 
  4. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
  5. Put the marinated chicken into a heated pan and cook by flipping slides. 
  6. Cook till water dries and color turns golden.
  7. Now put these pieces in oven and bake for 10 minutes. 
  8. Garnish with tomato, salad leaves, and onion.

INGREDIENTS 

  • Raspberries 1 cup 
  •  Blueberries 1 cup 
  •  Red berries 1 cup 
  •  Strawberries 1 cup 
  • Meringue 4 
  •  Double Cream 2 packs
  • Sugar Half cup 

METHOD

First put cream in a bowl and add sugar  in it beat it for one minutes then put half of fruit in a bowl and some Meringue then some cream again in a layer of fruit then Meringue and cream garnish it with some left  over fruits put it in fridge for two hours let it chill then serve.

Chocolate Cake Recipe

CHOCOLATE CAKE

 INGREDIENTS

  • Unsalted butter 175 gm
  • Caster sugar 275 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream 1/2 tsp
  • Flour 200 gm
  • Cocoa powder
  • Hot water 125 ml

FOR SYRUP

  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  • Water 125 ml
  • Caster sugar 100 gm

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C and line tin.
  2. In bowl, beat together butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and essence till smooth.
  3. Fold in Flour, bicarb and cocoa, with a rubber spatula along with pouring boiling water.
  4. Pour this butter into prepared tin and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Put cocoa, water and sugar into small saucepan and boil for 50 minutes till sugar caramelizes and syrup has a really dark thick consistency.
  6.  Cool cake on cooling racks and till in its tin and pierce with a cake tester.
  7. Then pour syrup as evenly as possible, till all has been absorbed in . 
  8. Let cake become completely cold and then remove from tin.
  9. Sprinkle grated chocolate and serve.


Pasta with bacon and tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 2 red peppers
  • 120 g bacon
  • 1 cup (450 g )tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • 50 g pasta per person

Method

  1. Cut the onion, red peppers and bacon into small pieces.
  2. Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the onion, red peppers and bacon.
  3. Add oregano, garlic, tomatoes and water and cook for 20 minutes. 
  4. Cook the pasta in a big pot of boiling water.
  5. Serve the pasta with sauce ,and enjoy!
